The change, which I propose for my organization, within the university I am currently on the job(p) for would involve a working fusion with the Instructional Design and Development subdivision (IDD), and the colleges they support, which in s econd benefits the students we ultimately work for. The responsibility of the IDD department is to visualize course for each of the colleges within the university. The issue, which I believe necessitate changing, stems from the inadequacy of trust the colleges seem to maintain for the department.

The Deans, and some capacity Councils (depending on the college), are the final approvers for the courses the IDD department create for each of these colleges. These individuals, who halt final approval, are experts in their field of work; however, concerning the assessment phase, aligning to topics and o bjectives while incorporating adult learning! theories; my department has the visualise and knowhow.
